Myrone Sumner is a writer, actor, and director. Most recently, he wrote and co-starred in “Limp Dick OG: Love Story” is now available on Comcast Xfinity. He is also a producer on an adaptation of Steven King’s “Gray Matter.” Last year, he took part in IFC’s taping of “Up and Coming Showcase” at the S.F. Sketchfest, and was selected for the LA Skins Native American TV writers lab in partnership with NBC Universal and HBO. His film "Bootleg Double Feature" was selected for the 2018 LA Skins Film Festival.

 

Myrone is also proud of co-writing Black Stormtroopers for the CBS Diversity Showcase, and of his work with Mo Collins’ Lady Bits, The Second City Network, Stoner Days, and the amount of memorabilia he stole from iO West.

His other work, and appearances have been featured on Deadline, Yahoo, World Star HipHop, Vulture, Stoner Days, Funny Or Die, The Second City Network, iO Comedy Network, Color TV, ‘ Lady Bits’ with Mo Collins (Mad TV, Parks and Rec)

His training background includes The Second City, iOWest, Upright Citizens Brigade, The Nerdist, and Cal State Fullerton Television, Radio, and Film.
